They were very friendly and easy to do business with. I did want something more powerful but the size of my bike frame wouldn't allow it. I didn't have any problems with either them or the bike so far and luckily as they are close if i need parts or help i can just go to them. I bought an imotor for my bike, luckily their warehouse is close to my house so I was able to take my bike to them and they fitted it for me in 1 hour. Purchased the imotor cant wait to get a more powerful and faster one!
